A stylish little item this Brass Pocket Sundial by Batela.  Made from solid brass depicting  a picture of Lord Kelvin 1824-1907 on the lid.  Lord Kelvin was an eminent physicist, inventor and mathematician.

Open the lid to find black inlay numbers to enable the time to be read when placing the sundial in the sun and a compass dial.  On the reverse are printed instructions to use the sundial.

A great gift idea for any sailing or nautical enthusiast and would enhance any desktop.
